From the design and supply of press tooling, jigs and fixtures to manufacturing components of the highest grade, we are with you every step of the way. To ensure complete satisfaction, we keep you involved at every stage of the process. Working from detailed component drawings initially, our design experts will work closely with you to enhance component and tooling design.

Should you require a pressed metal component to be changed in terms of shape or dimensions, we are able to modify existing tools to suit your requirements.

Servicing and Repairs

In addition to creating new tools and components, at Albert Jagger Engineering, we can also offer servicing and repairs of the highest standard for tooling components. We are proud to maintain the majority of tools as part of the cost-effective price package we offer to our customers and undertake all repairs in our purpose-built toolroom.

Resource Packages

Should our customers want to transfer their existing press tooling services with us to their own facilities, we are proud to offer a range of the state-of-the-art presses that can be expertly modified to suit their existing tooling perfectly.

Prototypes

We want you to be completely happy with the components that you order from us. With this in mind, we are happy to offer a rapid prototype parts service in order to let you inspect and approve the parts before they go into the final component design and tooling release phases.
